TCN Vehicles Division integrates high-pressure washdowns robot directly in the production flow, developing CNC machining for parts that are cleaned and controlled processes in function of the application requirements, and quality requirements.

Robotic Hydro-deburring.

Processes of robotic hydro-deburring allow you to remove burrs, metal debris and contaminants from components with geometries of complex techniques through jets of water at high pressure-controlled robotically.

High-pressure cleaning.

The systems of high-pressure cleaning, allow to reach high levels of cleaning technique on the cavity, deep-hole drilling, and difficultly accessible areas, reducing contamination and waste processing.

Jet cleaning.

The technologies of jet cleaning are developed as a function of the geometry and of the specific component, optimizing pressure, the direction of the jet and surface coverage to ensure uniformity of industrial washing.

Integrated processes in CNC machining.
